2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data only when the user voluntarily provides them via forms:
- Identification data: first name, last name, role, email, phone
- Professional data: venue/company name, address, city, type of activity, capacity, footfall
- Message content: free text the user chooses to provide
- Aggregated technical data: pages visited, visit duration, browser, OS (collected anonymously via Plausible Analytics)
We do not use profiling cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Data is processed via automated tools for the time strictly necessary to the purposes for which it is collected. We adopt technical and organizational security measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorized access (HTTPS, strong passwords, restricted team access, encrypted backups).

Data may be shared with: authorized POWER-IT S.r.l. personnel; IT vendors as data processors (e.g. Netlify for hosting and form management, Plausible for aggregate analytics, Google Workspace for email); judicial and public security authorities, when required by law. Some vendors may transfer data outside the EU/EEA; in such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
